I'm 25 going on 26. Today I feel exquisitely happy. There is so much to love about my life right now. At least twice a day I think, "Wow. Really?"
Late last night I was walking above the beach at Newport. I heard seals barking below and counted eleven sail boats sitting calmly in the water. Four days of the week, I go running right as the sun is lighting up the sky. The weather is ALWAYS mild and cool. I attend the biggest fashion school in the west and the most glamourous one in the country. Not only that, I outshine my classmates everytime I'm in the studio. I'd like to reassure you that I'm not saying this to brag but, as a matter of fact, I am. I am very good at what I do. (That's why I posted the picture... so you'll believe me.)
I don't think any station in life ceases to provoke one to ask "Why am I here?" and "How did I come to this?" Not in my wildest dreams would I have seen my life play out the way it is. The good has been nothing short of a dream and the bad has been nothing short of a nightmare. The range of emotions that are possible for me to feel is ever expanding. The happy gets happier and the sad gets sadder. It seems to come and go so phantomly. When it's gone I can hardly remember the feelings and when it's around it is all that I experience.
Mostly, I love that I can be where I am at and be incredible grateful for that position-- and be able to look forward with the greatest expectations and hopes. I never fear lonliness or singlehood. I see purpose, opportunity, and promise. Isn't that awesome? Wonderful that my Heavenly Father knows me so perfectly as when to grant certain blessings; when to let me grow and develop in one aspect of life; and when to introduce me to another. Even the horrible trials I experience seem welcome when I view who I would be without them.
I love feeling good.

That dress is gorgeous - I love it - I wish it was mine - my wedding dress or something. You are good - really awesome - that's my Charlotte always kickin butt. I'm glad you're feeling good. I'm glad you're happy. Happiness rubs off and it's nice to hear people counting their blessings - because it reminds you of your own blessings. You should go on project runway - when you finish school. That would we be an experience. Hugs and kisses.
